Refund Policy

All Batch & Build products are digital downloads sold and delivered through Gumroad, so refunds are handled through Gumroad.

• If a file will not open, is missing or is not what was described, email info@batchandbuildco.co.site with your Gumroad receipt and we will fix it or arrange a refund.
• You can also reply to your Gumroad receipt email or follow the Gumroad help center steps to request a refund.
